Mike was great! He responded promptly, had the roof replaced in one day and quickly after I made my decision. He stayed in touch throughout the job with pictures, texts, and calls, and gave me options when an unexpected repair was needed. The price was fair and the estimate was detailed. I would definitely hire them again! Thank TOP 1 Expert Construction!!!

We used TOP 1 Expert Construction Get everything thing in writing and dated. Also, make sure they add the sales tax because they do not. Oh, only have them do the original job you hire them to do. Nothing more!!!

Stay away from TOP 1 Expert bait and switch,over price their work never solved my leaking roof this company gives honest people in roofing a bad image!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOP 1 expert!!

I had a really nice experience with TOP 1 Expert . When they came by for an estimate, they took a look at the damage. All of the other companies that came by just quoted me their minimum job cost (or higher) for much more elaborate repairs than I was looking for. It was great to have such an honest exchange instead of feeling like somebody was trying to sell me on more than I needed. When it comes time to have our roof replaced TOP 1 Expert will be the first people I talk to.

Due to recent heavy snow and subsequent ice storm my house required gutter replacement and new roof installation. I immediately called Mike, who Iâ ve used before for chimney repair. He arrived promptly and assessed the situation. Gutters and leaders were installed the next day, followed by a new roof on the day after. Mike and his fantastic team made the entire process quick and easy. The workmanship is flawless, the team is friendly and cooperative and Mike is always available by phone for any questions. I am highly satisfied with the outcome of my home repairs and have no hesitation in recommending Mike and his qualified team of workers. Thank you, Mike and Team for all your hard work !!!!!

Mike from TOP 1 Expert came today, gave me an estimates to fix my roof, we agreed on a price and he fixed it at the same day. Very quick, very efficient. And he is nice and friendly guy. Thank you Mike.

After $900 I still have a leak and cannot get a return call from TOP 1 Expert Construction!!

We hired TOP 1 Expert Their work was completed and will probably turn out to be fine. They did go over the old roof with the new roof which was why there was little clean-up necessary. They did not explain that they were going over the old roof and I am still ok with what I just mentioned. My issue is that they originally quoted $650. and Mike show up advised that they could not do it for that amount. We agree to $2000 as a figure to perform the job. While many would not have accepted this , I just wanted to get the job completed. I do think that the work will probably turn out to be fine, but the and are really never acceptable in business in my opinion.

Comments: Professional, proficient and punctual. Worked all day until job was completed, finishing late after dark. Excellent Customer Service provided by Mike throughout the entire process. Generally I do not give out 5 star ratings to anyone but Top 1 Expert definitely deserves it
