FIRST CLASS SERVICE!!! Look no further as this is the best roofing company hands down. They came out and gave an estimate to replace the entire roof. I received 3 other estimates from other companies, but no one compared to Top 1 Expert Construction LLC when it came to price, honesty, knowledge, and integrity. Mike was available to always take my calls, answer my questions and respond to my emails in a timely manner. Such a nice and friendly guy. The workers not only showed up on time every day (Covid compliance as well), but I was also kept in the loop from the date I signed the contract, to the day the job was completed. They pulled the permits from the city, did a high quality level job, and cleaned up nicely. I cannot say enough great things about this company.

Great service with excellent communication. I set up everything with Mike who has amazing customer service. Her constant communication to make sure everything was going smoothly was much appreciated. Once the roofers came by, they did a great job. Everything was done correctly and quickly. At one point they realized something else was needed and rushed out to get the remaining items so that they could finish the job the same day. The TOP 1 Expert Construction crew replaced my roof, and installed gutter covers.. What I liked was that they were so easy to work with. Mike knows his trade and takes great pride in the work he and his crew perform. Fair and honest estimate, fair and honest work. That's all I ask and that's what Mike does.

If you are looking for a great roofing company, I would highly recommend Top 1 Expert Construction. Wow, where do I start? The technician and crew was Top 1 Expert from the moment I met with him. I was in need of a new roof and they provided a fair and reasonable estimate. His customer service was excellent. On top of that they were sooo nice and went above and beyond to answer questions and always called back right away. The team was excellent. They cleaned up every day to the point that one would not even realize that they were installing a new roof. I cannot say enough great things and how impressed I was with the team. Thank you guys for my new beautiful roof. I am soo happy and pleased with the way it turned out. You are the BEST!

: A few days after a recent thunder storm I noticed that a previous area that experienced a leak was once more showing signs of water damage. My roof was showing its age so I decided to see if it was worth isolating the leak and fixing that or whether replacing the roof was the way to go. Calling around and searching online eventually led to me Top 1 Expert Construction . I left messages for two other companies, they never replied. Others offered prices to replace my roof, one didn't even want to see if he could find the source of the leak, but even though their prices were a bit lower than Top 1 Expert Construction , I decided to go with the company that offered me options (both to fix the leak area or to replace the roof entirely) and offered a great warranty on both labor and material. Furthermore, the numerous employees I dealt with were always available to answer my questions, which I greatly appreciated. Top 1 Expert Construction was exceptional! So happy with the work and pleased with the service!

just had my roof replaced last week. After years of just doing patch work, having leaks and now a damaged bedroom ceiling, it was time to bite the bullet and get the roof replaced. The manager for my project was very patient, professional and courteous. He came to my house first in August and gave me a presentation of the roof systems and different materials. I was just shopping around but he gave me a good foundation of what to look for. Out of all the contractors that came to see me, Top 1 Expert Construction seemed to me to offer the best. It took me a little bit of time to save for the money but it was definitely worth it! The team of workers were outside watching and sending me pictures as the project was underway. I was amazed at how fast they were. The roof looks beautiful

I love these guys! Not only are they super fast, but they're also honest with you on what work you do and DONT need. A few years ago, we had leaks on our roof and spent a good five figures trying to patch the leaks with another roofer and the leaks weren't even fixed, we still had water issues. Called Top 1 Expert Construction LLC and they told us a new membrane will solve everything and explained that adding a new layer will be the cheapest, fastest, and most efficient route because it will essentially be like a new roof that seals all the cracks- which makes total sense - and they use some sort of fire retardant rubber fire fighters use. So we hired them - they were able to complete the job in a few hours for a fourth of the price and we haven't had leaks since- I wish we found them earlier! They're now our go-to guys for anything roof related.

He replaced my garage roof for his companies 1st job for me, and on the 2nd he did repair work on my main roof, along with some masonry work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others who need roofing work done.
