Top 1 Expert Home improvement LLC

I only can see my review when I logged in another site. I will keep work on my review based on fact and let others see my review. Today this company came for chimney and roof repair inpection. They teared my chimney down, threw bricks and cap from the roof during inpection even though my nearbor is standing on his driveway which may hurt him, and asked for $25000 to fix it tomorrow. We felt threatened by this man and he insisted that we paid $25000 to him and he has to fix it tomorrow. I asked if I can think about it and recontact him. He climbed up to my roof and keep tearing my chimney and threw things down. We paid him $400 to let him leave for our safety. This is the worst experience I can imagine. Now I paid a dangerous man $400 to let him damage my chimney and leave. I left this review to help others avoid my situation

I was very pleased with the work that the Top 1 Expert Construction LLC crew did for me He replaced my garage roof for his companies 1st job for me, and on the 2nd he did repair work on my main roof, along with some masonry work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others who need roofing work done.

I woke up Saturday morning to water dripping from my bedroom ceiling. I went into the attic to see and I could see light from outside where the roof was leaking . I called Top 1 and schedule an appointment with Mike. He was there on Sunday to access. Unlike another roofer, he let me know I did not to change all the plywood which ended up costing me a lot less than what I would have paid if I had listened to the other roofer who seems to want me to have unnecessary work done, unlike Mike. Thanks for being a stand up guy. Roof is looking great. It rained today and I did not see any leakage.

Mike was fast, professional and communicated with me through out the repair of the roof of my house and also took pictures after completed the job. There was a crack on the roof which started a leak in the attic and then water came in my upstairs bathroom . Mike came and seal that crack will see what happens when the rain again. I would recommend this contractor to anyone.

Mike and TOP 1 expert came out and gave me an estimate on a roof repair. This repair needed to be done asap because it was a condition On selling my home. He was easily reachable, answered questions, and gave an on the spot estimate. His employees came out and were on time, nice , and let me know everything they were doing. Appreciate the help Mike and Top 1 Expert!!

Today, during the pandemic when it is hard to get work done in a timely manner, Mike was prompt, efficient and reliable. I canâ t say enough about the actual crew on site. The new roof looks good and was completed in a timely manner. No one likes to hear they need a new roof, but if you do Top 1 Expert should be on top of the list.
