Steve and his crew showed up 5 hours late, on March 10th 2020 to trim my trees, hurried thru trying to trim after dark. Came back next morning early, wanting his $800.00 check, and agreeing the trees were messed up, but promising to finish later. He has not responded to phone or text. He was paid in full on March 11th 2020, and has never finished.

I admit that we were late on our first arrival, but it was due to the bucket truck that was to be used on Dan's job had a starter go out and I had a crewman stuck 30ft in the air for over an hour. My crew always comes first, especially where safety is concerned. I had the truck repaired as soon as possible so that we could get Dan's project completed that same day. I also admit that I was distracted with the repair and safety of my crew that I neglected to call Dan to let him know that we were running behind. When we arrived, Dan seemed to be fine with all that was being accomplished until we got to the trimming of the front trees. His attitude immediately changed. He then began asking for more work to be done than what we originally talked about. We went ahead and tried to get the branches cut back from service lines per his request. This made the trees uneven and it was getting dark. He noticed the trees were uneven and I explained that trimming away from the service lines caused this. He then wanted the other side trimmed. I know that we did extra work at no additional expense, but his attitude, cut downs and foul language prompted me to cease all communications.
