The tree was cut down but he said he ran out of room on the trailer so he said he would return in a day or two to collect the rest of the tree debris. He never came back and stopped responding to my calls/texts. I had to ultimately hire another company to haul the debris away. Terrible way to conduct his business.

Daniel was a unique customer. He had a plan of action for us when we arrived and he also stayed outside during the project and was moving brush around to lend a hand. Even though he had a "Husky" chainsaw (Stihl all the way!) and was trimming some other trees that he wanted to cut himself, but when he had trouble starting and keeping his Husky running, we gave him a very helpful tip. We had him drain his fuel and use our non-ethanol fuel and the saw started up and stayed running. It's great when we can share helpful knowledge with customers!

I got three estimates and we had it down to 2 that we liked. Timberjak won out because they are insured. That says a lot about a company. We were very very pleased with their work and they were reasonable. I ask for a few business cards to pass out to my friends

John was the landlord, but we were not told ahead of time. It was a little difficult to contact him, but we were persistent. We ended up using a chipper on this job and John kept all of the mulch.

Darrell had a very evasive root system left in the ground after a tree removal project performed by another company. We typically don't follow and grind root systems, but we did want to help with eliminating all of the roots that were exposed per the customer request. We even returned a second time when we were in the area to knock out a few more roots so that the customer was fully satisfied. Thanks Darrell!

We removed a crape myrtle and ground the stump by her pool. We thought we got it all. However, we found out just how persistent these trees/shrubs can be. Catherine contacted us 2 months later and explained that there were bud stems coming back. We returned and applied a commercial-grade Roundup directly on what we could see, careful not to expose any plant/tree life near the old tree site.

Timberjak Tree Service was so great! They trimmed a tall tree in my backyard and removed 3 stumps in my front yard! My yard looks amazing now!

I did enjoy working with they are very personable. We had to leave and when we got back we thought driveway would be clear of debris and one tree not done. The good thing is they will be out to do tree. I will use again. Customer Service is important to me and Timberjack has that

This was a large and challenging job. We used the man lift for this project, which helped tremendously. The owners were in the country and offered to let us move the debris down to a large debris pile at the back of their property. This saved us a lot of time and saved them debris haul cost.

Ernestine is an enterprising and industrious person. Having her as a customer was a pleasure. We tried to persuade her to let us trim some other trees. However, she was in the process of selling her home and land. We wish her luck, but will be contacting her next spring to see if she can use us if by chance, she is still in her home. Great country setting!
