Steve came out for an estimate and used a Drone to take before pictures of our home from all angles. They started the job the very nest day. when I mean they COME TO WORK, THEY CAME TO WORK. I think the chainsaws were running before they got out of the trucks!! They made the entire yard look amazing! they trimmed all remaining trees perfectly and removed 10 other trees. They are without a doubt a top notch company!! I will be using them to plant trees in Spring! Thank you Steve and the TimberJak crew, you guys are as professional as it gets!

Here was another urgent call where a storm blew a large branch onto the home. Must have been scary! Timberjak to save the day! She eventually had us back a month or so later to remove the damaged tree and ground the stump. Will need to return to plant a new tree on the other side of her yard soon.

When I first talked with Steve, he let me know right away that he probably wouldn’t be the lowest bidder; however, he certainly wasn’t the highest! Plus, his knowledge far surpassed all others. His crew trimmed a large White Oak, Red Oak, some hollies, and climbed about forty feet into the boughs of a Chinese Pistachio to cut away several dead limbs. I was impressed with their attention to safety and with meeting my expectations. All was finished, cleaned, and hauled away within two hours. The price was right and the work was excellent. I’ll certainly be calling Timberjak again.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I hired them without meeting them. I used HomeAdvisor to find 4 companies to remove a 40 foot Bald Cypress from my back yard. I received a call from Steve Hagan 2 minutes after I entered my request and we talked for about 30 minutes. I talked to others who were more expensive and didn't make me feel that they have what it takes to get the job done right. I am SO happy with Timberjak. They did everything right. From great communication, letting me know when they would arrive to what they are going to do. They finished the job on time and on budget. They are very respectful of us, our property and our neighbors property. They cleaned everything up very well. I already have one of our best friends interested in using them. I highly recommend them to everyone, you will be very very pleased.

Our crew worked in 3 different stages to complete this project. We called ahead to let Mark know that the first crew would show up first to remove the cypress tree and the second crew would arrive a little later to begin loading the debris for hauling off. The Colony was accepting clean brush that day at the city's landfill and Mark was excited to dispose of all debris at no additional dump cost, so we were able to save money there too. Our last crew arrived to remove the medium-sized stump and perform final cleanup. Due to all of the rain, there was a bit of a rut left by one of our trailers in his neighbor's yard and we did all we could to restore the impression. This customer is awesome! We have so many great customers that are so appreciative and therefore we are blessed!
