When they came back to remove the stump, they ran over the soaker hose and tore the hose apart in several places. Service got really bad when they couldn't repair hose with the original part. The lumen was not the same size. My next door neighbor called me around 11 pm stating that my hose was spouting out to the heavens. He turned off the water. I called timber jack and reported what had happened the night before. They said they would come and repair it, however, they never showed up, and I had to hire someone else to finish the job. This was a very disappointing experience for me and very stressful.

Christine was adamant to have her crape myrtle stump ground, which we tried to persuade her not to, due to the small work area and the other plants and unknown irrigation around it. We first applied root poison, but she did not want to wait for it to take effect. She called us back after the stump grind to plant some shrubs and attempt to repair the broken sprinkler lines (WE DO NOT PROVIDE IRRIGATION SERVICES) due to the stump grind. We were not successful and put her in contact with an irrigation professional. We chalked this project up as a lesson learned.

Steve and his crew are very professional at what they do. Quick service, safety conscience, fair and honest quotes with good results. I had a very large and old hackberry tree needing to be removed and they knocked it out in a few hours without any issues. I highly recommend Timberjak for any of your tree service needs.

This was one of the best country settings we've been in. What a view! In addition, there was a flash flood the day or two before we arrived, so crossing some of the local roads full with rushing water over them caused a little anxiety. Not to worry! Once we got onsite, the world was right as rain. What a beautiful property and family! Thanks Jason for the opportunity!

This poor family had a storm blow a large tree branch onto their home and scare them half to death in the middle of the night. This was an urgent call and I'm very glad were made ourselves available. Riki gave me a great contact for a new equipment vendor close to home. Thanks Riki!

It had rained recently, so there was a lot of mud. Oleander shrubs are soft to cut, but can cause allergies for many people. We were also running out of daylight, but the customer was very understanding.

These were giant pecan trees. Customer kept all of the pecan for firewood too. Really helped us out with removing the need to haul debris away. Him and his wife were totally engaged in the process. Good luck Dave with your new home!

They did a great job. My trees look awesome. They arrived on time, worked fast and did additional work without billing me. I plan to have them back in the future.
