First of all, it should be noted that Jeff responded to my email very quickly. This was post-Ian hurricane times when everybody was blowing off Customers thinking that the gravy train would run forever. He was able to revamp the entire back and front yards for a very reasonable price including sprinkler system, sod, rock, choiceoftrees and plants that would be easily maintained. He even indulged me in my 2 favorite fruit trees. Meyer lemon and kumquat!!! The entire project was done remotely From my home in Colorado period he quickly exchanged photos had Created mockups that would help me imagine the possibilities of my beautiful home in Florida becoming an amazing getaway now.!!! His emails and texts were always returned within an ample amount of time, and he didn't ask for crazy amounts up front to begin the work. Highly highly highly recommend.

Not happy with project.

Tidewater did a nice job with our design. When we noticed that some of the work was incomplete though, we could not get a resolution. We sent pictures of our issue and he responded that he would look into it. He never came out and will no longer respond to us. We are very disappointed with his lack of customer service, so we cannot recommend the company.

I hired Jeff with hopes to increase my curb appeal and thatâ s exactly what happened! I will definitely be recommending them

I hired Tidewater to remove an oak tree that was damaging my paver driveway. Contract was to remove the oak, grind the stump and repair the driveway. Tree was removed, but stump was barely ground and pavers were done poorly with many pavers left over. Also sprinkler was damaged. This was 4 months ago. Repeated calls and texts go unanswered or with promises to resolve, but never shows up. I have a huge stump in my yard and water puddles up every time the sprinklers come on. Driveway is poorly done. I do not recommend this company at all and will now have to hire another to complete the job. $7,000 felt very taken advantage of.

Work was done quickly, efficiently and absolutely lived up to everything promised. Will recommend Jeff and the Tidewater crew to anyone needing landscape projects. I love my yard!
