They were so professional the first time, that we immediately hired them for our second closed cell spray foam on our other ceiling. The owner Dawson came over and once again, gave us a great price. The 3 man crew came over and as the first time, did a phenomenal job. Great guys and total pros at what they do.

We received a same day quote from Dason at Thermal Comfort. Once the quote was reviewed we were scheduled to have our basement rim joist/sills spray foamed within a week. The work was performed by George and his crew, who were on-time, courteous, and explained the process. Once done, a walk through was performed with George verifying that all work was performed. Besides the the new spray foam in the sills, you would of never know they were in our house. Gudos to all.

Dawson, the owner is a great friendly person. After talking with and meeting him, the price quote he gave us was way below others and I hired him instantly. Turned out to be the best choice i ever could of made. I had a cathedral ceiling sprayed with closed cell. The 3 man crew came out and delivered such an outstanding job that I was awestruck at such professionalism. Talk about pros!!!! Super talented friendly guys that take their work very seriously. Fast and did a perfect cleanup job once done. Going to hire him again to spray our kitchen tray ceiling. Don't waste time getting other qoutes, hire them. Will be the best investment you're make. ÀAA Thanks Dason.

Thank you for the neat, clean, high quality work. I hired them twice. My rim joist and later for a cantilever. It has been very helpful in efficiency of my home. George and Walt made sure to not leave behind any trace!

They damaged my property on two occasions. Took no ownership and did not make it right.
Response from Company:
The customer has completely misrepresented the facts about what happened. We performed work at her house in September of 2017. There was a very old exhaust fan inside the wall cavity that would be common practice to insulate over. If not insulated, the area would be subject to condensation and mold. Our workers were never told by the customer not to foam over the fan. They foamed over it (as they should have) and then she called afterwards and said she didn't want it foamed, so I credited her bill for removal of the foam. In January of 2019, she contacted us again for another insulation project at her home. I met with her and she never once during our 15 minute meeting mentioned the exhaust fan being a problem. In fact, she hired us again and we did more insulation work at her home in February 2019. I sent her an invoice for the work approximately two weeks later. She did not pay it or give reason. I sent her the invoice again in May and she did not pay it or give reason. I sent her a 3rd copy of the invoice in June. She finally responded that she wasn't paying because she claimed we backed into her retaining wall when we were installing the insulation. She made this claim 4 MONTHS after we did the work. Never once in that time period from February until June did she ever mention to anyone at our company that she thought we had damaged her wall. In a subsequent phone conversation, she had the audacity to accuse our workers of breaking the wall and then taking the broken piece of wall with them. The workers at her house have over 30 years of combined experience in the trade and would never even think of doing such a thing. Meanwhile, she was at the property the entire time our workers were there, but it took her 4 months to come to the conclusion that we somehow broke her wall. Unfortunately, we had to take the customer to court and the court awarded our company a full judgment against the customer. I would discourage any contractors from doing work at her house. She refuses to pay her bill for work performed.

Thermal Comfort was the only firm that took the time to understand my goals and budget. One made a verbal quote over the phone, the second only spent 5 minutes. Then Dason owner of Thermal Comfort spent a good 20 minutes looking over the project and provide a menu of of options so I could pick and choose the services that met my needs. The installers came on time and interacted with me, confirmed any special issues I had. One of them even pointed out how some of the fiberglass in the small areas was orientated wrong so it would not restrict the heat loss. They made sure everything was protected with plastic and sweep up and ready for drywall when they left.

Was very happy with the work they did insulating my cathedral ceiling. They were very polite, organized and cleaned up after they had finished working. I could not get all of the old insulation out in some spots and there were some clips that needed to be removed. They took care of that for me, which I greatly appreciated. Great company to deal with. Also, thought their pricing was good.
