After the January freeze, we had pipes burst and our heat pump was damaged. The Pool Guy was able to troubleshoot the issues, get them repaired and came in under budget. He was responsive to all our phone calls and texts and cleaned up the work site once finished. Highly recommend!

I had hired someone to maintain my pool and he did nothing, it was green for 2 weeks. I called George and he came out that same day and got it taken care of!!! I now have him coming weekly to take care of my pool! George and Brandon were amazing!!! Very friendly and got the job done fast!!! I HIGHLY recommend George!!!! If I could I would give him 10 stars!!

Our pool died during the polar vortex last year. I contacted 2 pool professionals, namely the pool doctor and SW Pool Cleaning (nka J K Pools) and they both totally dropped the ball, including blaming me for the communication problems. The Pool Doctor actually yelled and cursed at me over the phone after I called to ask the status of the project (was continuously told "no parts available"). Jorge came to the rescue. He ordered and installed new pool equipment, fixed a leak and totally gutted then resurfaced our pool. I am grateful to have met and worked with Jorge. He is on my speed dial!!!

George is the best. I am a new pool owner and Jorge has helped me out so much. Right now, I am dealing with a warranty issue with the company that built the pool. He came by and helped me winterize the pool and also told me what problems he found that I need the pool company to address. He also teaches an awesome pool school in English and Spanish. I highly recommend George. I feel like he is ally always willing to help!
