Jorge was very responsive and did what he agreed in a timely and professional manner.

Jeorge has been great at coming every week and keeping our pool in perfect condition. He provides all the chemicals and will even come extra if there is a problem. He has always responded quickly to any messages/questions. He is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend if you need pool maintenance.

Today I was dumped as a client by Jorge - with Jorge no longer interested in servicing our pool and saying it was because I asked for additional services. The truth - Once Jorge replaced himself with his brother then his dad to service our pool, the pool service by Jorge the Pool Guy has gone down hill. I was one of Jorgeâ s first customers 2 years ago. And in these past two years nothing has changed with my pool equipment or needs except that I set up a recycle bin for rinsed liquid chem bottles. Am I mistaken that routine pool service includes cleaning pool bottom, emptying poolside baskets, pump basket, refill liquid acid & chlorine feed tanks, update computer that tanks were full and perform Ph,Alk and Cl tests. Today Pool Guy service degraded to visits lasting 15 minutes, tests not being performed, acid added to tanks not diluted as required, lids not put back on feed tanks, not all baskets cleaned, pool water pushed over the side killing almost an entire hillside of grass, phone calls and texts often not answered. I would also add that I have a Paramount in floor cleaning system and Intellichem system that Jorge had no responsibility for. I personally purchased and hauled in all the chemicals and I ended up maintaining the water balance of the pool, Jorge didnt quite get our pool chemistry. I also paid to have a SA company maintain the equipment. I trained and put up visual aids to help Jorges employees update the Intellichem that they had filled the tanks. However, all this resulted in my discovering pool system software files deleted having to all be rebuilt and today the system panel was totally shut down after the employee was long gone - no communication about it. Jorges reaction was that I was finger pointing and blaming his employees, Sorry to say that today I cannot recommend or support this business.

George and his crew did an outstanding job! Very pleased with the work, the commitment to the time schedule and follow up. I would recommend the Pool Guy for any pool needs.

George the owner is awesome! He is fair, honest and works very hard to make sure the job is done and done right. Very knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to get our pool ready.
