The job was never completed. I paid the initial quote and them paid an additional amount for them to come back and finish. They returned but did not finish all the work. I reached out to the company but received no response.

Jason, this is the first I have herd of the job being incomplete. Please give me a call to discuss. I will be glad to come out and do a walk through to insure you are happy. It is our policy to not take payment until the job is complete and the customer is happy. If there is a miscommunication or my guys failed to complete a job, I will insure it is handled. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Horrible experience. It was a real nightmare. Mr. Bob Taggert was dishonest and price kept changing. My mistake was not getting his original bid in writing and trusting his word, only to find myself sorely disappointed. The job was not completed. I had to hire another company to complete the work and basically wound up paying twice to get the job done right. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Not only that, Mr. Taggert's response to this post was untrue..

This was a job we did 9 months ago, back in December of 2018. Vivian, I clearly remember working with you on this small job, as always we do not except payment until the customer is completely satisfied with the completed job. When the job was complete and Jose had cleaned up and leaving, you ran out and added more work to the job and insisted he do it right then. He unloaded everything and came back in to handle it, at no additional charge. You then called me back and DEMANDED we come back to do more work that was not in the original scope at no additional charge. At that time, I made the decision not to continue.
