The work to repair drywall on an outside corner in our living room was top notch. One thing that particularly impressed me was the care the young man took to cover the floor of the working area and some things on an adjacent wall with plastic and before starting the work. There was not one speck of drywall dust or anything else remaining from the work on the floor after he left. That attention to detail impressed me, and I will use them again for future projects.

I had some damage from a water heater, Bob came by promptly, was always accessible when I needed clarification and was overall very easy to work with. Stefan and Jose were polite, neat and efficient. I’m impressed with their work.

They showed up when they said they would. Bob and his team were very orofessional and courteous. Covered everything and cleaned up. They didnÂ’t finish in one day because it was a lot more work than we thought. Came back the next day without hesitation. In fact, I have scheduled my next appointment with them to work on other issues. Highly recommend.

I meet all of our prospective customers on the front end to look at the jobs and quote pricing based on our walk through and the customers request. Fran took me around and showed me the areas to be repaired. I sent my technician out with a description of repairs based on my meeting with Fran. Soon after he started, he contacted me letting me know there were areas she was having him do that were not on the list, I told him to do what she asked and I would discount the additional charge. I personally came out to the job site 2 different times to confirm everything was going well and both times she confirmed. When I bid the job, I based the time and price on 1 day including all materials and labor but because of the areas that were added, it took us 1 1/2 days to complete, The full day was on a Friday and we still needed to paint, I went out on Saturday at no charge and complete the job myself as a courtesy. When I arrived on Saturday morning she was very upset that I asked to use there ladder, my technician failed to leave it for me, not knowing I was coming on Saturday to assist, It would not have been a problem for me to run back to the shop and get one of ours. We are professional, courteous and clean, the biggest part of our business is customer service and we are looking for those customers to refer our Brand. We take our reviews very serious. We do not take payment until the job is finished and the customer is completely satisfied. Fran looked over everything and gave us a thumbs up.

Patch Boys did a great job for a price that is hard to beat. Simple dry wall work that looks good as new. Helped with some small additional things outside of their scope without additional fees. I would gladly recommend them.
