Steven Nix (owner) and his 3-man crew arrived on time, did an outstanding job on both the move-out and move-in phases of our move, and were professional & courteous and efficient. We were quoted a flat hourly rate without any surcharges or other "extras" and the final actual cost of our move was far below other quotes we received - with no sacrifice whatsoever in terms of quality. They were extremely careful of our furniture and other possessions, and went out of their way to properly distribute, place and set up our furniture during move-in. We had just had all new flooring installed throughout the home and they were very conscious of this, placing pads and runners throughout so as not to cause any damage. Steven was also very flexible in terms of scheduling - we had a "hiccup" in the sale of our home and some major issues with the home into which we were moving and had to push our moving date back twice - he accommodated us with no problem whatsoever. We would highly recommend The Move Phoenix, LLC for any local move regardless of size.

Steven the owner has been great. I hired him 3 times to pack & load all sizes & weights of items into three - 16 foot PODS storage containers. He & his 1 or 2 extra person crew did an excellent job of maximizing how much could be put into each one. Very quick work & reasonable price per hour too. I plan to use him soon on the unloading task.

Steven and his crew were very professional, they were very considerate of our personal belongings. They also work quickly, there was no dilly-dallying. They were polite and professional. I would highly recommend them.

They show up on time, wrap each item and work continuously. They protected my furniture better than I would have. They work fast so you get s very reasonable move. Highly recommended
