They were very timely, even a few minutes early. Both gentlemen were very polite, hard-working and very cooperative, we will be having two more moves and will see if we can get the same two movers. Additionally Steven the owner was great to work within coordinating everything. it is nice to know that customer service still exists with some businesses.

I have been moving around for probably 50 years now, and moving has always been a nightmare for me, be it in-state, out of state, a major moving company or a smaller, supposedly established moving company. This past Friday, I moved from Surprise to north Phoenix. After having spoken and having met with at least four other moving companies, I wondered how I was ever going to find someone reputable, understanding, and accommodating enough who would actually submit a professional quote, as well as meet with me in person. The owner of this company, Steven, is a first class gentleman and businessman. No task, no request, was inconvenient for him. The word "no" is not in Steven's vocabulary. I needed a full service move meaning they would have to supply all packing materials, pack up my house, unpack everything and take away all cartons and other moving supplies. The packing took about 5-1/2 hours. Moving day started at 9:30 am and continued until almost 10pm the next day/night. Another reviewer here wrote that Steven and his crew are like a finely tuned orchestra - so in sync with one another. They are clean, neatly dressed, upbeat young men to be around, and they work like there's no tomorrow. I am over the moon pleased with this company and am recommending them to everyone, as well as to every realtor I can think of. You will never be disappointed or displeased with The Move Phoenix for anything you can imagine when it comes to excellent customer service, response time to emails and phone calls, AND Steven is on every move, himself, with his crew. Where else can you possibly find this type of service? They are all worth their weight in gold. Delighted beyond adequate words of expression! Look no further than this AAA+ company!

The Move Phoenix was fantastic for me. They arrived right on time, maybe even a few minutes early, busted their butts getting everything wrapped and loaded. They got my whole 2 bedroom apartment packed and moved into my new apartment in fantastic time. They were a real blessing to me! I'd recommend them any time and will use them again on my next move. Just hopefully not too soon, LOL. Thanks guys!!!
