I was told that they would dig 12-18 deep, for the pipping, they dug 8?. I was told the job would be completed within 3 days, it took 5 days. I was told that there would be 100% coverage, but there were many dry spots. I ended up having another contractor come in to do a proper installation. It?s a shame because Eric is such a nice guy. Oh well, live and learn.

They were tasked with remodeling the lawn border to ensure adequate sprinkler coverage. With each service visit, Eric Sanchez has demonstrated exceptional professionalism. He arrived promptly as scheduled, which immediately set a positive tone for the project. He and his helper worked efficiently and effectively, completing the work ahead of the anticipated schedule without compromising on quality. Attention to detail was evident throughout the project. The team meticulously ensured that every aspect of the lawn border was perfectly aligned with the sprinkler system, providing optimal coverage. Additionally, they maintained a clean and organized worksite, and upon completion, they left the area spotless. This is not the first time I have used Eric for landscaping and irrigation services, and his consistent performance has always exceeded my expectations.

Eric Sanchez (owner) reached out to me within hours of my request and came over the next morning, completing work that same afternoon. He remained available by text as I worked with the repaired system to assure everything was working. Straightforward about time needed and cost to complete work. Honest, friendly, reliable.

Very prompt and courteous. When there was a problem they responded immediately. They were intent on completing it perfectly.

Knowledgeable, they did a great job finding and repairing a line that ruptured on a drip irrigation system.

I hired them last fall to install a drip irrigation system. They only trenched it 3 to 7 inches deep. I have made many calls trying to get some follow up help this spring and have been waiting over a month. Still have not been able to speak with the owner. I would not recommend this company. This is really disappointing because I really liked the owner and I did not expect to have these types of problems. I donâ t like to write bad reviews but given that I spent over $2000 with them and I canâ t get any follow up service, I feel people considering using them need to know this.
