The Faulkner Group did a fantastic job for us! We needed to update and remodel our kitchen and they were the right people to do that for us. They were very professional , very helpful and very nice people! They did beautiful work, their prices are reasonable and they finished on time! Will definitely use them again!

The Faulkner Group completed our two bathroom renovations and custom master closet in May 2025, and the experience was exceptional from the very first call to the final walk-through. I can’t recommend this team highly enough. Our entire family is beyond thrilled with the results, especially my wife, who absolutely loves her fully customized closet. We're so happy with the outcome that we've already started planning our kitchen remodel with them. Thank you all!

Project Date: March 2025 Our kitchen and bath remodel was just a dream of mine, an idea that was brought to life by the Faulkner Group. I am over the moon with how beautiful it is! They removed an old plastic shower and jacuzzi tub. It was replaced with a large custom tiled step in shower with a wall niche and foot rest, rain shower head and hand held shower wand. The lights were updated and are brighter. My bath is huge now! My kitchen got new countertops and backspash, kitchen sink and faucet. We would highly recommend The Faulkner Group. We had a kitchen and master bath remodel. Everyone associated with this group were excellent! The contractors were all professional, courteous, and hard working. Our phone calls were answered immediately before, during and after the projects were completed. They stand behind their work. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I couldn't believe the transformation. I still look at the before and after pictures and can't believe the difference. My bathroom is BEAUTIFUL!! Even with the problems caused by Covid, our materials were here on time and the work was getting done. Tre made sure we were happy before he considered the job finished. Even though he is a very busy person, he answered everyone of our calls and made sure that things were done the way they should have been done. I couldn't be happier with the way this remodel turned out. Tre is a very caring person . He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. That is an important quality!

We had previously used another company to also do some remodeling for us. We had mixed reviews of the quality of work and timeliness as compared with what they had promised. The Faulkner Group was recommended to us by a family member for this new project. I was impressed from the initial meeting with Tre on his customer focus and report. During the remolding process, we were pleased with the promptness of the crews and the outstanding quality of work they did. Each crew was very courteous and careful to minimize the impact on the rest of the house. Any questions we had, Tre or one of his crew members were prompt in their reply. Any corrections that needed to be made, they readily did so. I highly recommend The Faulkner Group for the quality of work they do and their customer service by Tre and each of their crew members. Tre and his team at The Faulkner Group performed an OUTSTANDING job in a complete remodel of our Master Bathroom. His employees and sub-contractor's were all honest, professional, courteous. One thing I admired is if any questions or issues arises, Trea was always available. All of his vendors he utilizes (tile, fixtures, countertops, shower doors)...were top notch and allowed us to personally pick what we wanted within our budget. If I need any further remodeling or work, The Faulkner Group will be my first choice!!!!! A++++ all the way.

They seemed to really put a lot of emphasis on complete satisfaction. They did not leave the job until I was completely happy. They address all of my concerns and I am 100% happy.

Tre and his team are a joy to work with. This was a complete first floor remodel over $100K job with heavy water damage. They redid the entire kitchen including moving walls and completely custom cabinets with the best looking granite ever. He handled all aspects and his subs and suppliers were great. He moved the wood-burning fireplace and chimney in the living room with custom built-ins, mantle and stone work, including completely custom fire wood holders. We made many changes and his guys were never flustered by it, but actually liked the chance to bring their creativity to the job They came up with some wonderful custom modifications that added the â  next levelâ  feel. And, changes were mostly included in the price. The few that were not, were reasonably priced. He also remodeled the master bath and did a very creative install of multi section mirror/cabinet on a wall with a pocket door. And the floors, AMAZING FLOORS! The repaired, sanded and beautifully restained the entire white oak first floor. I was there when his team was working and they had great care and passion for their work and it shows. I have never had this much trust in the intention of and capability of a contractor or had this much fun working with him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM ESPECIALLY FOR COMPLEX, BIG JOBS.

We had a walk in shower installed a year ago by Ethan Alexander and is was a disaster. It was leaking under the house because is was not waterproofed properly and the tiles were installed using "blobs of mortar" instead of the proper installation. Mr. Faulkner and his associates came to our rescue and tore out the old shower and completely reinstalled a new seat and foot rest and it is beautiful. Looks like a hotel shower. The workmanship is georgeous and all the installers were polite, courteous and respectful. They are welcome at our home for any job we have in the future. Because our previous job was such a disaster he offered a very generous discount and he does offer discounts to law enforcement.
