They did a great job, in spite of snow & ice mounds encroaching, & replaced our run down back stairs with an excellent & safer new set of stairs. Communication was excellent & we definitely recommend them. We’ve already received compliments from neighbors.

We reached out to Hakob and his team to give us a quote on rebuilding our deck. Unlike some other contractors who jumped straight into new deck mockups, he suggested we save some money and work off of the existing structure and just replace the old wood with new azek and a different set of stairs to reclaim our backyard space. He and his team got the job done in a timely manner, including working through some very cold days in the home stretch. Highly recommend Hakob, especially for those in the Belmont area.

Belmont Builders did great work installing wooden stairs at my home. They were prompt in starting the job and Were very efficient and knowledgeable about how the project went. They were prompt cost east very reasonable. I will have them do another project when one comes up.

Hired for repairing a porch that was botched by a prior contractor. Extremely professionally done: from contract, to permitting, to inspection. Quality and timely work. The price was excellent as well. Highly recommend that you go with Hakob!

Belmont Builders replaced our attic stairs. They did a professional job on these stairs and were quiet and respectable. The cost was what I anticipated and we are so happy that this job was done in a day and now we have our stairs back.
