"Bob Pino did an excellent job on multiple handyman tasks in my home. He responded quickly, was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and skilled in the work done. He completed smaller tasks and efficiently repaired an entryway ceiling, with a second person assisting to get it done quickly. His workmanship was skilled and he did a great job with numerous small repairs, installed an under cabinet TV and patiently explained pros and cons of different repair options. I recommend him highly."

"Hi Tech was one of 3 companies which gave estimates for our window, siding, door and steps project. We highly recommend Hi Tech. First of all, the company owner, Bill Chase, took the time to understand what was important to us. He gave us options, not only based on price but also on performance, durability and aesthetics. We appreciated his very sound advice and did not feel pressured to sign a fast contract. In fact, he recommended that we have at least 3 estimates. Bill is a man of integrity. The work crew was skilled, polite and efficient. The Project Manager checked in every day to make sure the work was moving along and that we were happy. And after the project, The Project Manager was very responsive to our calls about anything that needed to be tweaked or adjusted. We also asked for some additional work that was not listed in the main project quote and he provided us with a quote followed by timely installation. Hi Tech will be on the top of our list for our next project. Thank you to Bill, the office staff, Project Manager and work crew for a job well done."

"Reve Exteriors provided an excellent roofing experience from start to finish. Sales Representative Nicole Lyle was thorough, friendly, dedicated, and skilled in her work. Nicole helped us to understand our re-roofing needs and our options, and she assisted us in deciding the best mix of materials to get the style and kind of roof we wanted. We decided to replace our old roof with 3/4 inch plywood boards covered by Tiger Paw Deck Protection, and then covered by GAF Timberline American Harvest Lifetime Shingles in Saddlewood Ranch tone, with Stain Guard Algae Discoloration Protection. In addition, a complete drip edge was installed along the whole perimeter of roof lines. We also arranged for installation of valley metal, new flashing around the chimney and skylights, and Weather Watch mineral surface leak barrier on valleys, around skylights, chimneys, and all penetrations, and Pro Start starter strip along the perimeter of the roof lines. Finally, we arranged for installation of cap ridges and hips with Ridglass Cap Shingles, as well as a new Ridge Vent system to promote attic air circulation. The initial meeting with Nicole was on 12/10/16. We met with three other companies, and this helped us to determine that Reve would be best for us and our home. We finalized and signed the contract with Nicole on 12/23/16. All roofing materials were delivered on 1/4/17 by a careful and hard-working crew lead by Sean. Work began on Sat. 1/7/17 and is being completed today, Tuesday 1/10/17. Juan Diaz Alvarez, the Project Foreman, and his co-workers Benito, Jose, Cesar, , Jonathan, Eric, and Miguel are friendly, professional, focused, determined, and very hard-working. They persist with great energy and effort, even in the face of cold early January weather and intermittent rain on several days. You could tell that they enjoy their work, and that they work well together. The new roof looks wonderful, and, with proper care, should last for many years. Reve has the right formula, the right materials, and the right people for doing a great job building a superior roof and roofing system, on time, and within a fair budget. "RORHI completed our basement renovation. They did fantastic work, and all the contractors were highly professional: the framers, the insulators, the drywallers, the electrician, and the finishers. They went above and beyond to accommodate some special requests, like installing a commercial dehumidifier and finishing the walls of the storage closet, which were not part of the original scope, which greatly enhanced the finished look. We had a great experience working with Evan, Mike, and Matt (the initial estimator), as well as Inmer (finishes and framing), Eddie (painter), and the electrician. Despite minor miscommunications leading to necessary changes, they promptly addressed our concerns, sending someone immediately or the following day to resolve issues. Overall, we were impressed by RORHI's dedication and responsiveness, and we plan to hire them again for our next projects."

"Brian Terry repaired a double pane window that had accumulated moisture inside the window. When he came back to install the repaired window my wife noticed a fly imbedded inside the window. Brian told us that he guaranteed his work unconditionally and took the window back to be replaced again. I think that Brian's work ethic is refreshing and, sadly, unusual these days. "We had a full French Drain System installed. We would highly recommend DRYCRETE WATERPROOFING. We consulted with other companies and were not happy with their prices and the way they pressured us to make a decision. Thank God, a family member recommended DRYCRETE. Best suggestion ever! The owner Jason is an excellent business person, down to earth, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. He has his schedule down pat and frequently updated us as the work progressed. He was so willing to explain the how's and whys for what the job entailed. He also explained the pump monitoring system and helped us install the app for our phones and computer, and got us online and monitoring our system in minutes. Jason was just a pleasure to deal with. Trustworthy and dedicated to delivering what he promised, and his crew are just as wonderful....hard working, self-directed, no nonsense type of workers. Their aim was to do a job well done and efficiently and they sure succeeded! They even did an excellent job of cleaning up after completion. High marks for all!
