Belmont Builders did great work reframing and replacing the wooden flooring of our front and rear decks--the end result is beautiful. Hakob is very professional and communicative. He and his crew are, hard-working, punctual, and efficient. They started the project right on time, arrived promptly at 8:30 am each day and even worked on Saturdays to complete additional work that they uncovered that needed to be done. They handled the increased scope of work masterfully. We would definitely work with Belmont Builders again in the future.

Overall knowledgeable workers. I found an issue that Iâ ll have to resolve myself after they left. Pretty reliable work. One full day was just set up - to make sure porch roof was secured properly. Then the work was done the following business day (not over the weekend).

Good quality work and they were able to match well the existing porch for this minor addition. Would work again with them if needed.

Hakob has done a great job of repairing a set of sagging exterior stairs. He was always on time for the initial inspection, starting date and the final completion. He went through with me for all parts of work involved and always patient to answer my questions. He finished the job on time and cleaned up the area neatly, as promised. With their architect, they designed and added a 4th bedroom and 3ed bathroom in our house for a fraction of the cost we were looking to pay for a 4-bedroom house. Jakob took care of all construction permits and he was in our house during the inspection process. They built this new 4th bedroom to such perfection that the rest of the house now looks mediocre compared to their 4th bedroom. Love their team and trust their process!!
