Mr. Garcia provided a professional quote in writing. We reached an agreement on the scope of the project and his employee, James showed up on time to start work. Mr. James provided good service throughout the project. Mr. Garcia was always available for questions and oversaw the entire project. Mr. Garcia gave us a timeline for the project and it was done on time. My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received from Texas Exteriors.

Rick and Alex did a phenomenal job repairing our roof and ensuring that we were updated on the progress throughout the project. Texas Exteriors is both timely and professional. Quick to the project and timely responses

Came by for an estimate same day. Listened to what I wanted, quoted me an extremely fair price. There had been a local windstorm, and people were calling him like crazy. This was Friday, he said his crew could be here Tuesday. They were actually able to move it to Monday. Provided the material and his men went to work. Everyone was professional and polite. Did a marvelous job, siding gapping was perfect. They even had to fabricate a metal J channel because the bought one would not fit my stucco face front properly and none was avaiable. At no additional charge. Crew was diligent with cleanup. No need to shop around. In the future, I will just call Rick.

Rick team did a great job. Rick has a veteran team, he only does what has to be done and he does not include in his bid items his competition does include thereby resulting in the customer paying more than they should have paid. His knowledge and professionalism is why I selected his bid.

Rick Garcia, Texas Exteriors (as it says on his website), or All Tex (as it says on his business card), is a dishonest, cunning, and manipulative person. We hired him and his team through Angi.com to repair the siding and paint our house. After we paid and gave them tips and submitted an excellent review at Ricks request, a local authority pointed out several defects and imperfections that are visible from the street. I called Rick and sent him pictures, asking him to fix them. He assured me that he would do that. However, in the following weeks, he did NOT fix the problems or even answer my calls or reply to my messages. I recall Rick Garcia on the job those days. He talked and pretended to be a best friend, charming and overwhelming us with his personal stories especially, during the last hours on the last day taking, as I understand now, away our attention from the quality of the job he promised to do. I am deeply disappointed and angry!

Rick was prompt, fair, efficient, and did GREAT work. I had hit the house with a uhaul, leaving a hole in the soffit. Rick called and came out the same day. He did the job, guaranteed his work, and told me I donâ t pay until Iâ m happy with the work done. He and his crew did a perfect repair job at half of what I was quoted previously. I highly recommend him and his team.
