We had a large oak tree which died on one of our narrow islands in the middle of the street in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood. Tesla did an excellent job of removing the tree and grinding the stump without disrupting the traffic flow around the island. They also left the island and its surroundings in pristine shape.

Had a couple mis-steps getting the job going. They scheduled with Georgia Power to drop the powerline, but I wasn't told that had been done, and then it rains for a few days. So when Thursday rolls around I give them a call to see when they're going to start, and oh, they forgot to tell me. No problem. Then I'm told Georgia Power can't come back out until the following Tuesday, or they can just get started on Saturday without worrying about it. OK, Saturday it is (Labor Day weekend). Then, no show and no call on Saturday... Monday, Labor Day, I'm outside working in the yard and Tesla just shows up... tells me his crew is coming in an hour. Good thing I was standing there or else there was a miscommunication and they forgot I was getting two trees removed and I would have been screwed. They took down most of the two trees that day, came back to take down the rest on Tuesday, then the stump grinders came out Wednesday to "finish" the job. The tree cutting crew was great. Nice guys, just knocked it out, were fun and friendly. Never met the stump grinders, but they did a pretty awful job. They didn't even take the stump down to ground level, just covered it with shavings. It was to the point where my hardscaper just had to come through with a backhoe and rip one of the stumps out of the ground because there was no way around it. I went with Tesla because Luis was one of the few guys that showed up at my place when he said he would, not dressed like a crazy person, we talked through my needs clearly, and had good enough communication setting everything up. There was a little miscommunication because I needed this done ASAP, the weather wasn't helping, and we didn't really write anything down (I guess that could be improved on their end). In the end, everyone I dealt with was friendly and easy to get along with, and the work got done, with the grinding of one stump leaving something to be desired. I'd hire again though. They got the job done, I just know what to confirm beforehand next time.

Tough job....excellent work performed

Very professional, able to do work in timely schedule. Crew was very competent and were able to clear a tree that had fallen in out pond from a backyard on an incline. Job well done!

Luis and his crew were consummate professionals -- hard working, polite and helpful. A neighbor's tree fell into my yard, and Tesla made sure there was almost no sign of it when they were done. Their prices were competitive, and they even did the job over a holiday weekend! Luis gave good advice about potential areas of concern -- rot, over-weighted branches, etc. His team was quick and efficient. We didn't have a single issue. I would highly recommend Tesla, and will 100% use them again should the need arise.

I had 9 estimates on my Magnolia tree. ALL of them were unreasonable except Tesla Tree Care. Luis and I agreed on the terms, they arrived bright and early, removed the tree, cleaned up the debris from the yard, and left!! The next crew came out, ground the stump, cleaned up, and left!! They were so professional!! I m so pleased at the work Luis crew from Tesla Tree Care did, I want everyone to know!! Thank You so much!! I m so happy! 
