I hired Luis and his team to cut down 3 large trees, remove the debris and grind the stumps. All 3 trees were close to the house and not easily accessible from the street. His team did a great job on this project. They were on time, organized, and very professional. Luis quoted a reasonable price and the value proposition for the work required was very high. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thanks, Luis!

I would not hire them again! I paid nearly $5K to have 5 trees cut down. They know how to cut trees but are careless with surroundings. They damaged a shed in my back yard that I overlooked, crushed the curb in the front of my house when driving over it with a truck, then damaged the gutters on my house by crushing them when driving their truck into them. They were seamless gutters (not cheap) with a guard behind them...only a year old. I was lied to and told they'd do "whatever it takes to make it right". After a month and I hadn't heard back about getting them fixed I called and they sent out a guy that did a cheap patch with a rigged guard behind the gutter. When complaining about the fix I was told that's all they'd do. If they're insured, isn't THIS what their insurance is for??

When I did this work for Mr. Smith in the beginning of September, he was completely satisfied and happy with the job and he recommended me to his next door neighbor. We did a big job for his next door neighbor cutting down 23 trees for $6600 dollars. When Mr. Smith found out that I cut down 23 very accessible and easy trees for his neighbor for $6600 and I had charged him $5000 for 5 very difficult and dangerous trees, he was not happy with it. He didn't understand that easy, accessible trees are less expensive and less time than big and dangerous trees. Mr. Smith asked me to cut down 1 more of his trees for only $300 and I declined. I told him that I would need $1500 because it was a very dangerous tree. At this point, Mr. Smith got upset with me and changed his original review of 5 stars that he posted with HomeAdvisor, and started accusing me of damages to his gutters, shed and curb of his house. I have absolutely no idea about these damages, he has never mentioned them to me in the past. I tried to fix his gutter just to be nice to him and when the repairs were done, he texted me saying that it was unacceptable and wanted me to replace all the gutters on his house. We did not work close to the gutters and I declined this. This is the reason that he changed his original review from 5 stars to one. I have gone out of my way to please this customer but I have not been able to. I always try to make my customers happy.

Tesla took care of storm damaged trees and did an excellent job. However, it was not inexpensive. Because the work needed to be done immediately I paid a premium price.
