I Paid Terrys Sewer Service 3300 Dollars to fix my sewer line and sewer main. Excavate sewer in two different places . Replace a section of blocked sewer line , Add a clean out , Backfill the excavation site. They dug a hole in my backyard installed a clean out . Hit the WATER MAIN for my neighbors house. The water company had to shut off the water dig 2 hole in my backyard to fix the water main. Terry and his crew just left . never filled the dirt back in the hole per the contract. Never fixed the main sewer line , never replaced a section of sewer , Never dug two hole to fix the sewer, 3300 for a clean out and a messed up backyard. I will be taking them to court to get 100 percent of my money back. Most shady plumber in the business !
Response from Company:
Water main was not marked correctly. The water dept asked us to leave the area exposed, they would come, make the repair, and re-bury the pipe. We also made arrangements to pump the water away from the house until repairs were made. We installed a clean out, replaced a bad section of pipe, rodded, and video inspected the line to assure line integrity. We also discounted our original price which the customer accepted. We did follow up with the water company. They assured us that the repair was made, the hole was filled in, and yard was restored.

Terry came to help us when we were renovating a basement shower. During the demolition of an old shower stall we saw that the drain pipe, made of cast iron had been badly corroded. Terry came and had to break up some cement and added a new pipe. This helped us tremendously, since we were working on a deadline during the holidays. He was quick and very friendly and charged a fair price.

My previous experience with plumbers was bad, but not with Terry's. He did the job correct and didn't over charge, in fact they were very reasonable. They did a great job and cleaned up after. I will hire them again, and I've already passed his number on to a few neighbors.
