Dear Suzanne Gerber, I just wanted to thank you and Service Magic for introducing us to Terry's Sewer Service from Merrillville, IN. They completed the replacement of our sewage pipes inside and outside last week in only two days. They know exactly what they are doing, charge a fair price, and get the work done beautifully. I have already recommended them to a neighbor and will use them again in the future for other projects. I give them a top star rating. Thanks again for your help in getting our major project done.

Gave an estimate for free but we decided not to do project at that time maybe later. They were very easy to deal with.

The first day that TJ came in to do the work he was late. Although his work of acceptable quality, he did not complete the job in one day as he has indicated. He promised to come in the next few days to complete it. He then kept calling back to re-schedule and came up with all types of excuses. When I demaded that he finalize a date, he got all upset , told me to stick the job and slammed the phone down. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. I will not recommend them to anuone.

TJ although he works for us,does these type of jobs on the side. He said that this customer was overly demanding. He was sick and had to delay the work completion. The customer started yelling at him on the phone, he got upset and reacted poorly. Our company, Terry's Sewer Service does not condone this behavior, and we apologize for any misunderstandings.

After Terry's son TJ did my gutters I also had him come back a few days later to do some concrete work. They did a fantastic job with very fair prices. I will be calling them again for more work that needs done.
