Terry gave me the cost of parts (including taxes) and Labor BEFORE I hired him, so there were NO SURPRISES when he came out and did the job! FAST, EFFICIENT, and I would highly recommend his services.

Terry's sewer service was extremely professional and personal. They were prompt, they diagnosed the problem quickly, the offered several viable solutions. Once a solution was chosen...it was quickly put into action and in under an hour my plumbing issues was resolved...I would and will definitely refer this company to friends, as well as usuing them in the future IF the need arises.

Terry and his son did an excellent job. They came out (Valpo) and diagnosed the problem with a video camera, and gave us a DVD. They took care of all of the permits and utility locates. They finished on schedule, on budget, and were reasonably priced. When they left, they took my sewer problem with them. Thanks Guys!!

I have an elderly mother who was experiencing sewage problems due to the age of the house. Roto Rooter had come and put her in a panic about fixing and putting a very high ($11,000+) price tag on the repair. I called Terry and they came out that day and put my mother's mind at ease. It took a while for her to decide which service (there was another company from Portage) but Terry came out and fixed it and she is very pleased with them. They gave her a lot of information that made her at ease. Thank you.

Not good. Did not know what they were talking about. Did not get right cause of clog.

They replaced a piece of our sewer line that was damaged from a tree root, and did a very nice job. They were very accommodating in scheduling a time to get the work done since I work all week, and also quoted a fair price (in line with another quote). They did minimal damage to our landscape and went out of their way to avoid damaging our porch (which made use of the backhoe a challenge). I would definitely use them again. My only complaint was that they tracked quite a bit of dirt into the house as they traveled between the outside of the house and the basement.
