Reviews
Write a ReviewVery personable and professional. His crew showed up on time on a Saturday, got straight to work and were done long before I thought they would be. All problems taken care of and a very reasonable price. They will be the ones' I go to for any further plumbing work.

They identified the problem and offered a reasonable solution. They fixed the problem quickly and all is well.
They showed up sooner than projected, and addressed the problem right away. Very professional.
This project involved new sump pump all new copper water lines, dehumidifier, removed old insulation install shutoff for main incoming water line and laying crawlspace vapor barrier plus a few other odds and ends.
They were very prompt and kept us up to date on there progress.I also liked the fact they are a local business and are very friendly. I did recommend them to a relative for future work.
They did not repair the problem
The sump pump was not her problem, her well pump was the issue, It was losing pressure, we put in a new switch and pressurized the tank, but tank keeps losing pressure. We do not normally do this kind of work and recommended she call a well pump company as this is beyond our expertise. We only charged her for a new switch installed.
Terry said he would replace the main sewer line for $4,500 and he did just what he said he would do, replaced the sewer line for $4,500. He got the City permit and coordinated with the City inspector. Good job!
They squeezed me into their schedule after hrs but charged a little more which was ok.
I called terry to help me check my well and house piping. Being a city guy moving to I ndiana. I have a lot to learn. Terry also replaced my sump pump in the crawl and repiped it properly. Helped me get septic cleaned out. Expert help and advice. Will be calling for for help as the rehab continues.
