I would've given 5 stars but my DVD player wasn't hooked up, missing the cord. Not the techs fault but he didn't follow up with me on where to buy one as he promised.

Cameron solved a problem that had existed for years. He spent quite awhile checking everything out and charged me very little for his service. Really nice guy and quite knowledgeable. Because of him, I am finally getting good performance from my surround sound system! If you have a problem, call him.

Cameron called shortly after I set up the appointment on line to verify time and day, as well as to get more specific information on my issue. He showed up on time and was very friendly. I will continue to use him for my PC issues

Cameron was very responsive, knowledgeable and careful. He responded to my appointment within an hour and agreed to come on Labor Day to do the work. He fully understood how to reconnect my Direct TV service and also helped to set up my home computer and Wi-fi. He was very careful about our furniture put them all in place after reconnecting. I recommend him highly.

He came out within 30 minutes of the posting, on a Saturday night, and spent time diagnosing the problem. His service charge was too low, and I was happy to increase it appropriately.

Kevin from Tech Knowds quoted me a fair price for fixing my computer and installing two atennas for two TVs. He ended up staying for many more hours than either of us thought, but didn't charge a penny more than his original quote. He said he just wanted to make sure I was set up and okay. My computer now works well, I have much faster speed, and I have free TV with more channels than I had with Comcast's basic package (that I was spending too much for!) With his help I purchased parts directly from Amazon, Kevin installed them, and showed me steps along the way. I will definitely use Tech Knowds again and recommend them to friends and family. This was excellent service.

They responded quickly, and we're very knowledgeable and on time which is so appreciated by customers. I would recommend them for any media system install or repairs.
