We hired Cameron to install our new LG OLED 55" TV and hook everything up to our Xfinity service. Cameron took approximately 1 hour to take care of everything when it would have taken me days due to my lack of tech knowledge. I'm very impressed with their service. Cameron even agreed to haul off our old TV and take it to a Best Buy for recycling. He saved us $200.00 by agreeing to do this for us. The amount charged for all this service was, in my opinion, not enough. I paid some additional $$$ to show my impression of the value of Cameron's work. I'm very impressed with Cameron and Tech Knowds LLC. I will use them whenever I need service on our TV or computers.

Cameron offered to help me over the phone to resolve my laptop issue and not charge me. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He even took the time to look online for my laptop's model number since I did not have it. Within a matter of minutes, he resolved my issue. I will definitely refer my family to him because it is refreshing to find someone who is honest and willing to save the customer a service charge.

I would highly recommend Tech Knowds. He was friendly, helpful and made sure I felt like I had received enough service as my problem didn't take much time to fix. He answered questions on other parts of my computer and even optimized it so that it ran better. The biggest plus was having him come to my home. Saving me a lot of time.

Cameron returned my call in about 30 minutes. First attempted to help me fix problem on phone for about 20 minutes at no charge. Decided I needed on site help. We set and appointment for next day. He arrived promptly and fixed a complicated software problem. Charged $65 as quoted on phone. Would definitely recommend Cameron to a friend.
