I hired Tom for two different projects that I needed engineering ideas, plans, drawings and advice on prior to starting anything. One involved residential structural framing, the other was a retaining wall project. Tom is a great guy and easy to work with. He answered all questions I threw at him, and overall went above and beyond what I expected. Other Engineers I have spoken with in the past seemed like they wanted to charge me per question! This work done and the assistance he provided for me was also very competitively priced.

Tom has been great. We are removing a structural wall from our home, and Tom was able to give us a plan that shows how we can do this without sacrificing the structural integrity or the character of our home. He was also very responsive when the county planning department wanted a minor tweak to the construction plans, and he did the updated plan for no additional charge.
