System Pavers

Really happy with our experience with System Pavers. Jorge was super responsive anytime we had questions and made the whole process easy. Tito’s crew worked fast, did great work, and finished the project quicker than we expected. The pavers turned out amazing and we’re excited to get our furniture set up and start using the space more. Would definitely recommend System Pavers! Also shout out to James for helping us get everything started. He was quick to schedule our initial consult, got us a quote the same day, and answered all our questions.

We had system pavers replace a 20+ year old patio and sidewalk, as well as adding fencing to expand an existing dog run. We're very pleased with the result and the quality of the work, thus the five star review. Questions arose during the project about exactly what areas would be covered. Communication could have been more clear on their part and mine too before starting. Despite that, I'd certainly use them again.

I have a patio and built-in-grill being installed. The System Pavers crew working on my install has been great so far; they are courteous, professional and incredibly efficient.

I hired them to install 2 areas of turf in my backyard. One of the areas looked like cheap light green carpet because if was so flat. I would find out later that the turf pile was installed in the wrong direction. They sent out multiple people to look at it and they said it's fine and that it will magically stand up more on it own eventually even though they added infill and power broomed it 4 times and that didnt help. Then after 3 months of not being willing to fix it they sent this guy out to try to intimidate me by threaten that they are going to turn me into collections and could put a lien on my house if I don't pay now even though they havent fixed it. Then after he left he called a little later and offered to flip the turf around which I took them up on. He said he would contact me to schedule a time for them to come out and flip it. I got a text from him around 7:50am that they are coming out now. So he gave me a 10 minute notice before they showed up and didn't even check to see if that day or time would work for me. It looks so much better since they flip the turf around to fix the pile direction. It looks like lawn now when you look out the windows of the house now. It's now going the same direction as the other turf. Obviously the turf wasn't laid correctly so either they don't know what they are doing or aren't willing to correct things when it's done incorrectly since it took months for them to fix it. To be clear the people that installed it the first time and the people that flipped the turf and reinstalled it were great. It's the people that you have to deal with when there is a problem that were a nightmare. If you expect good customer service and turf done right the first time then I would NOT recommend System Pavers.

System Pavers took over a year to complete the building of a Pergola in my backyard. They put the roof on backwards and overshot the patio with post insets.They finally repaired their poor work after many calls that mostly went unanswered. After looking at their pile of materials in my yard and listening to their empty promises of return dates for their crew, I cannot recommend that you hire System Pavers.

Had a great experience. Company is very organized. Greatly appreciated the their responsiveness to any inquires I sent their way. Very easy to work with.
