"I hired Josh to do a full resurface on my bi-level deck, including water protection for the joists. It was quite an expensive job, he was not the low bidder by about 20 K. But his expertise convinced me that he was worth the extra money. I went with the deluxe material to protect my deck. And it was tongue and grooved. I also hired him to install a chain-link fence around part of my property. I would definitely hire him again for any other project he could handle."

"Jose was a hands on leader for the entire project overseeing his team and personally handling much of the tricky detail work. We had a very complicated composite deck with a dock on the water and he handled it all extremely well. "I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call. It’s such a relief to find a contractor you can trust who actually delivers on their promises!"

It felt like other businesses saw our misfortune as opportunity, but from the beginning it was very clear that Ryan's focus was solving our problem - in the most thorough and expeditious way possible. I appreciated their clear communication and attention to detail. My house is solid, and the finish is beautiful. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future work. They are trustworthy.
