System Pavers is attentive to the customer and the crew that installed the patio did quality work!

The sales people do not communicate with their project managers, and the project drawings do not contain detailed information leaving a lot of room for interpretation (read shortcuts). Consequently, after taking 2.5 days excavating only 3 inches for my new 14-foot patio (which was to have a 10-inch hot tub base), they declared that they were done digging and going to use some kind of edging to contain the additional inches of crush gravel base that would be sticking up above grade-/not to mention the additional 2.5 inches for the pavers! When I objected, they quit!

Who says customer service is dead. Not with System Pavers. From start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with System Pavers. Our story. We have been considering a turf for lawn for a while. We finally decided to go for it, I used Home Advisors to get info on costs, timing, etc. System Pavers was the only respond directly. Within minutes we were scheduled for a visit from sales. The meeting went for 3 hours! At the end, our job was custom designed, quoted and ready for scheduling. Follow-up was equally quick and efficient. Michael was assigned as project lead. We were informed every step of the way. Michael and his team finished the entire job in less than 2 weeks. Superb work by all. Now, the overall effect. The re-building of our back yard has been nothing short of amazing. My wife said, “Wow, our back looks like a resort.” With the finished look and functionality of the pavers, the turf lawn, and the lights, she is right. Our place has never looked better and I agree, looks like a resort. Our mud pit backyard is now a good looking and very usable and very beautiful space. Short version: We highly recommend System pavers. From the personal approach, quality of work, quality of materials, and follow-up, all is top notch.

One huge boondoggle . Messed up the yard , incomplete work , broken driveway , 4 sections . Estimated as a 7 working day project is now on day 31 and waiting for all the repairs . They are fixing things but this is ridiculous . System pavers hired from some other company , not what I expected . Not creative or have any eye for design . No concern for our property . Garbage strewn around . some areas they did 3 times over to get it right . Don't know how to use a piece of string or a square . I could go on but you get the idea .

The entire project progressed exactly as planned with no surprises.

I found that the representative that came to our home, Andy Sanders, was very sincere and honest in satisfying our contract to the finest detail. Claudio Caze, the project manager contacted us before the project began to confirm all details and was there the morning of the work, and readily available throughout the day for any questions or concerns. The workers themselves did a fantastic job as well.

I installed the synthetic grass for a dog run area, the guy that came out and did the estimate said the dogs could not tear this stuff up. Well the dogs have gotten to every seam and corners in the yard. They came out and fixed one seam already now I have to call and have they come out for the rest. It was an expensive project only to have it come apart not even a month later. The turf is great for dogs easy clean up and looks great.
