I hired System Pavers for a much-needed backyard makeover with pavers which is currently in progress. So far, they've exceeded my expectations. My only regret is that I didn't hire them in the first place. From the initial site visit, their communication and expertise has been excellent. One of the biggest advantages of going with a company as big as System Pavers is that they have a lot of resources and knowledge to tap into during the planning and execution of your project. You're assigned an entire team with very clearly-delineated responsibilities, including a Project Manager, Construction Managers, Design Consultant, and Sales Manager. The Design Consultant had plenty of good ideas that we implemented and clearly knew his stuff. The whole team has been very professional and have lots of experience which is very reassuring when you're embarking on a big project that involves quite a bit of demolition which can be stressful. I'm also impressed with how fast everything came together. We were able to plan, finalize a design, and start work in less than a month.

Super simple communication. Clarity of work and expectations of what the final project would look like were exceptional. Project ended up being much larger and impressive than just looking at it on paper. Cannot say enough good things about the team and my experience with them.

Salesman Sui was the initial contact with the company and he delivered a good working plan and was very reasonable in cost. Eli was the project manager and he made some design changes that improved the whole project. The whole work crew started work at 7:30 each day and worked consistently to get the job done in a timely fashion. Iâ m very pleased with the quality of work and would recommend them to everyone desiring a quality result to a paver project!
