System Pavers

There seemed to be a disconnect between some things that the sales rep told us and what the site supervisor told us. There was some miscommunication at first but was able to rectify mis-communications. The workers worked very hard and did a great job of installation.

The team did a good job with our project. We had a change due to some unforeseen issues with grading which the guys all got together and came up with a great recommendation. Overall the work was good. Price is somewhat of a negative point in that I think it was a bit high however we had estimates in all ranges. The step we managed to come up with outside the back door was beautifully done. We went with this team on account of the fact that they not only picked samples exactly in the area I was thinking of for us to choose but they also had what appeared to be a strong and open design consultation / communication. This is one of the differentiators that the other guys could not provide.

Everything went well, and any miscommunication was handled promptly to my satisfaction. Everyone involved did an excellent job. I've received compliments from people in the neighborhood, passersby and friends and family. I love my driveway, walkways. They're beautiful!

I usually don't like to give perfect results, but I had no complaints. Systems Paving delivered when another contract left me hanging. They worked with my short deadline and provided professional, prompt service. They weren't the most expensive, nor the cheapest; but they were definitely the best. And the results are absolutely beautiful!

With the exception of a few "glitches" when the plan was changed, the firm was very good and did a very good job. I have little reservation in recommending them to someone else. I have however serveral reservations in recommending their sub contractor who did the work, as they left quite a mess on my property and were not very good about the clean up. However, the overall experience was very good

The foreman on the job (Armando) was fantastic, he should be the one that customer's should communicate with. Armando's supervisor (Craig) is lacking communication and follow through with call backs. Craig has missed 3 appointments made by him and when he says he will call before coming to the house, he has not done so. When I am ready to do the other side of my yard, I will request not to have Craig on the job. Hopefully, we will have Armando back again. I love how the yard looks with my new pavers. Thanks,

Bob was excellent working with us. He even replced-some exsisting pavers that had been damaged by another contractor.
