System Pavers

We considered hardscaping our aging back yard and pool area for some time. System Pavers was one of the top of our list from my search. After we met a System Pavers rep at a commercial fair and discussed some of the aspects of what we wanted, I contacted them for an interview and evaluation. Patrick (Designer) came to our house fully prepared, discussed our desires, measured, took pictures, and came up with a preliminary plan. He went back to his office and prepared a very nice graphic design of suggestions and pricing. We reviewed the design and prices and returned to him with our budget. After discussions, he made further design changes to our liking and suggested we visit their warehouse to pick out pavers. We were dumfounded at the huge warehouse of many outdoor designs - fully built out! After sending us to another warehouse where we picked out our pool coping pavers, we were set. Upon signing contracts, our system project manager, Derek, met with us at our house to view what was needed. A contractor team led by Alex began work on a mutual date. What these guys did was nothing short of amazing. From the demo to the final stages of setting pavers, their meticulous work shined through. Derek kept in contact throughout the work visiting us several times to review things with me and Alex. As expected we had to make some adjustments during the project discovering piping and existing decking. Alexs team of hard workers were courteous and friendly working tirelessly each day with the utmost attention to details and total respect for our property. From beginning to end, our System Pavers team was accommodating - working with us to every detail (including budget) to an absolutely gorgeous end-product. We could not be more impressed with the quality of work done by System Pavers. They went above and beyond repairing our existing pavers and I dare anyone to find the patched area. They were prompt, courteous and did a great clean up job when they were finished.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with System Pavers.  They were prompt and organized from the start.  Getting any contractor or laborer to return a phone call much less show up for an appointment is hard these days.  System Pavers immediately had Scott out to my house and he walked us through the scope of work and gave us a great deal on the project.  Scott was  very kind, quick to communicate and had great design ideas. When we broke ground, our project manager, Brandon was extremely thorough, pointed out drainage issues and worked with us when unforeseen issues popped up.  Brandon was always quick to respond to phone calls, texts and always available to swing by (morning and night) to discuss the project - an important quality when you yourself have to be at work all day.  Brandon worked closely with another contractor we had working on our house and was extremely flexible throughout the project.  His crew was clean, showed up on time, are unbelievably fast, and outstanding stonemasons.   We're thrilled with the work and would highly recommend!

I recently took on a backyard renovation project that began in mid September of this year (2018). The backyard project has been broken into three phases. The first phase was the pavers for the patio and the construction of a bbq island. After doing extensive research, my wife and I settled on System Pavers to hire to do the work in the backyard. Our primary consultant was Lucas. He was amazing to work with every step of the way. He met with my wife and I on a Sunday and planned out every step. We were in constant communication by cell phone, either by text messaging or by direct phone contact. Any time that I had a question or problem, I could always get a hold of Lucas. If he was unavailable, he would always return my phone call or text message. The first phase is now complete and we are extremely pleased with the results of the pavers for the patio and of course the bbq island. I have shared several pictures. System Pavers completed the patio and bbq island. The sink, bbq, and pizza oven were purchased from another retailer and the granite work was contracted out by another contractor. Did we experience some problems? Yes we did. The whole project was delayed over a month due to the back order of the "Sparkling Autumn" ledgers, that is the stone that surrounds the bbq island. We worked with Lucas and his team to discuss our options. My wife and I made the decision to stick with the "Sparkling Autumn" ledgers rather than push the project through and settle on a ledger that would not go with the patio stone. We had to wait through the delays, but it was well worth it. Another problem was that the bbq island was not built to my design. It was built in reverse. Lucas took charge and the bbq island was redone to meet the original specifications. The masonry contractor built the bbq island to an exact fit for the actual bbq and sink. There were no problems coordinating efforts and construction to accommodate the granite contractor. One last problem that we ran into, was an issue of drainage that was discovered when the pavers were being laid down. This was resolved in two ways, first a small retaining wall was built and next a drain will be built to redirect pooling water that was discovered after the down pour of rain that we recently experienced. Finally, we would highly recommend "System pavers" to work on your front yard or backyard project. A huge thank you to Lucas and the staff of System Pavers.

We also wanted to add curb appeal to our home. I looked for someone that provided a great warranty, a great product, and would provide dependable and qualified workers. System Pavers was the answer to all these needs. Thanks to Home Advisor for their recommendation. Unexpectedly our first discussion was with Cecilia, System Pavers, Art Design Consultant. She gave us ideas and color schemes for our project. It made our Project decisions much easier, we went with interlocking Calstone pavers on one side of our front patio and a colorful rock garden on the other side. We then got a visit from our Poject Manager, Lester Yue, who took all the measurements, gave more ideas, and estimated costs. A border to our rock garden was added to our project. The workers were extremely dedicated to the job and worked very hard, continuously, in the hot weather and as promised cleaned the project site each day before leaving. We are very happy with our finished product, we do recommend System Pavers to all others with outdoor projects, and we will call on them again if we have other projects. Although System Pavers was more expensive, the quality of work, the final product, and the worry free, long lasting warranty, is worth the cost.

System Pavers did a great job, had out-standing customer service, the job came out really nice and they were always here on time. The only thing I was not totally happy with is the price, it seemed really expensive to me at first. But when they actually did the job it took a whole week and everything came out great. It looks nice in both my front yard and backyard, and they offer a 25 year warranty! System Pavers is a large company, in business for a long time, has great customer service, the workers did an awesome job and I know if there are any problems in the future with the work, the company will still be around. I'll be able to actually reach someone, which the small private contractors cannot offer. I'm glad I went with System Pavers, I would do it again.
