They did not adhere to the contract, because I am not sure they even read it. The foreman was never on site and the workers did not understand English. Every day when I came there were new problems to solve because they were not doing it correctly. The salesman told us everything would be done as per our request but indeed that was not the case. The finished product came out satisfactorily but for the price (they had the highest bid) it was not up to par.

Because my project was very small, they bumped me several times to finish other projects, but they definitely treated me well because of it, fixing my fence post and other things while they were there. The patio looks beautiful.

They're a bit pricey, but the work appears satisfactory. They broke a sprinkler pipe, but I repaired it overnight because I wasn't sure they would send someone with the skills to do it correctly. They offered a $50 Home Depot card for my 2 hours' of work. ;-( Lastly, they offered to seal my pavers and joints for $2100. However, I spent $500 for materials and did the job myself, but it did take me 5 hours to do so.
