The quality of the craftsmanship was great. I was very frustrated with the customer service. The finished project did not meet the size specifications on the agreement so we are still discussing a rate adjustment based on the final patio being smaller than agreed upon and the excavation of expansive soils not being completed. My backyard was left a mess with pavers stacked on the lawn, tools left outside and discarded concrete and wire mesh left on the lawn for the weekend. Will not contract with this company again.

I hired System Pavers because of their warranty and their promise to provide a project manager that would oversee the project. System Pavers doesn't do the work themselves, they subcontract it to smaller contractors. They didn't oversee the contractor doing the work. I had to do that. This took me away from work for 4 days. When they damaged my existing sprinkler system and lawn, they had no way to get them fixed. Each time their contractor tried to fix one thing, they broke something else.
