I was initially incredibly happy with this company. They communicated throughout, had a great design team, and the project was installed early and the quality of work was incredible. The only reason I am not rating them higher is that they damaged my fence post and repeatedly claimed they would repair it, but this process took months. The initial communication and customer service was great, but it quickly became very poor.

System Pavers was a terrific team who exceeded my expectations for replacement walkways to the front and side doors of our 1913 vintage bungalow. Blake, the initial project designer, quickly tuned in to the effect I hoped to achieve (to fit in with the charm of the 100+years-old style of the house). She was frequently in contact with me about visiting the showroom and being satisfied with the drawn-up contract. Zak, the project manager, was attentive and in touch immediately when snowy weather required a change in the project start date. Both Blake and Zak checked in often on the progress of this project, even though it was likely not one of System Pavers' bigger ones. The walkways were completed a day and a half earlier than the predicted finish date. The four-man concrete removing and pavers team worked politely and efficiently to complete the job, with beautiful results! I am delighted with the finished walkways, which integrate perfectly with the house and looked like they are part of its original design.

Great experience with the entire team, from design to install

My husband and I had our little patio done by the system pavers last month and we are in love with the results! The entire process worked pretty well, from selling the project, executing and wrapping up with a walkthrough to make sure that we were satisfied with their work.

System pavers transformed our home! We had a remodel of our driveways and front porch and the difference is stunning.
