Vasiliy was able to accommodate my approach our kitchen cabinet replacement project as a part DIY - part contractor collaboration and was able to accommodate my schedule. Very professional from start to finish and worker was friendly and took care to get the job done right.

When Andre first arrived for the estimate, he was courteous and prompt. He requested a large deposit but indicated his team could start very soon and handle the project 'no problem'. From there it all went down hill. They did not start on time and then did not get the required permits. When the inspector arrived, Synergy disappeared and found another job to work on. They left my house a mess. They came back to get their tools and have done nothing to get the proper permits or finish the job. They have not done the promised work. They are a textbook example of the worst type of contractor, taking a customer's money and disappearing with the project incomplete and my house torn apart.

They do not complete their work, they keep taking money before they complete the work, or they stop working. They want you to keep paying them before they finish anything so they do not honor their contract.

The team was very professional and real craftsmen. They did a beautiful job for us.

I wasn't totally satisfied with the work and asked for someone to come back to finish it properly. They did that, but took some back and forth talking about it. I also think the price was too high for the amount of work done.

This team has it all - professional from the initial contact to the final inspection. Employees were on time, on budget and fun to work with. Would recommend Synergy and look forward to working with them again.

They renovated my garage, widening the opening and getting another firm to install a new automatic door opener. They discussed my needs and priorities with me beforehand, recommended what should be done, and gave a reasonable quote. Courteous, always came on time, left the site clean and neat.
