Suzi is enormously talented and has a great eye. In addition she is efficient and responsive. It was a pleasure to work with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in transforming their living spaces.

Suzanne Rugg was great to work with! We hired her to redesign our kitchen, bathrooms, and fully furnish our second home. Her ideas and suggestions were just what I needed to have a better picture of what I wanted the interior of my home to look like. I hired Suzi for a kitchen design/remodel and interior decorating for my Living room and dining room. Suzi has so many great ideas and really made everything perfect! I tend to be indecisive and she was able to help narrow down my choices and offer me options I absolutely love! I hired Suzi Rugg to design my kitchen remodel 5 years ago and she designed a BEAUTIFUL kitchen we still adore and get multiple compliments on. She chose a style that will stay up to date through the years. She has a natural talent for design while taking the time to understand the hopes of her clients. We currently are undergoing a bathroom remodel Suzi designed as well. I hired her again due the past positive experience. This project has presented some challenge due to this crazy year posing delays in orders on time (of no fault of Suzi!!) and Suzi has been there for us with updates and even helped with changes that needed to be made. I would highly and do recommend her to anyone asking for a designer. She is professional, accountable and a joy to work with...not to mention so talented! As a realtor I see the value she adds to a property! Thank you Suzi Rugg!!

**Caveat Emptor⠢ Nine months of excuses, blame transfer, unfinished work, lack of deliveries, defective/damaged products delivered. Now it is my fault. Have invested in excess of $135K and the job still incomplete. Should have vetted better and had the Proposal reviewed by counsel, rather than relying on Home Advisor/Angie and the reviews. Have also filed a complaint with ASID (the ultimate designation of professionalism and ethical practice to clients, employers, and the design community). Unable to determine if licensed (interior designers not required in AZ?) and operate unregulated. Not a BBB member. Not sure if professional liability insured (E and O insurance) re alleged failure to perform - breach of the agreement. Have reached unpleasant acerbic and distasteful communications in trying to resolve. Plan to file complaints with AZ Contractorâ s Licensing Board, Better Business Bureau, and local media help lines being pursued to resolve. Would not recommend it. My bad for not properly vetting or verifying reviews and performance history. Her bad for lack of any demonstrated client relationship management. Use at your own risk!
