Tommy was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. On a cold, windy spring day Tommy showed up and almost immediately offered a coffee, delivered by his wife who went out of her way to get us warm drinks. Tommy also carefully communicated each step of the process and clearly conveyed his observations, both orally and in his written report making it easy to be confident in what we needed to negotiate with the seller. Tommy was reassuring about simple cosmetic damages and very accommodating to the fact that we were pursuing a FHA laon which has stricter apprisal requirements. Tommy also had a genuine kindness that made him very relatable and easy to work with as well as an authentic excitement about the home we were purchasing which made us at ease and more excited about our purchase. Lastly, as we are moving to the area, Tommy offered recommendations on a good place for dinner and offered his kind welcome to the community. Tommy was outstanding in his professionalism and performance as an inspector as well as his genuine kindness. I highly recommend Tommy for home inspections.

Tommy is personable, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough and detail oriented. He is a very good communicator, beat me to the location and had already introduced himself to the realtor and homeowner, and was beginning the inspection. The scope and detail of the report was well beyond my expectations. It was also designed well and was very easy for me to understand and focus on the various levels of importance. The photos were all clearly captioned with arrows provided. I couldnâ t be more satisfied with my home inspection.

Not only was Tommy incredibly thorough and clear with his home inspection report - including calling us half way through it, and coming back to walk us through it (at no charge!) after we moved in to our new home. He is the BEST!!!!!!
