RMH Fence and Landscape

Excellent company, on time, fast, efficient and professional. Robert called immediately after I put a request in on Home Advisor. Came out for the estimate and the fence was in within a week. All were very professional, the crew was fast, friendly and did a great job. The vinyl fence and gates they installed are exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend RMH Fence as we were extremely pleased with them and the cost was very reasonable.

Buyer Beware! Robert appeared to be competent and professional but once we a had a problem there was no integrity or accountability. The work was sloppy and the fence was un-level and uneven. He overestimated the pricing and materials for the job and now wants to charge me for the overall job instead of per foot. I gave him a copy of the survey with specifics of where the fence should go. It was supposed to be 3 straight lines. They did not measure accurately, put the fence on my neighbors property, did not trench down to level it up and left dirt all over my lawn. Look at the pictures for yourself. You can see the pictures on his online reviews. They are the ones with the black aluminum fencing and dirt thrown all over the place. He told me they screwed it up like this because one of his guys had a doctors appointment, and they were rushing. When he came out to look at the mess of a fence they left, he gave us his word that he would return our money for the unused 20-feet of fencing and that they would fix another section they screwed up as well but of course you can guess that is not going to ever happen. Robert did not come out with his workers or at the very least convey what we discussed to them like he should have. Instead of great customer service, he tried to blame us and start arguments to put the attention on something else instead of owning up to his mistakes and warranty his work as he said he would. Do not trust him to give you quality professional work or at the very least to be honest. He responded to my online review saying my husband thanked him for the beautiful fence. My husband thanked him for fixing one of the 2 fences, said it looks a lot better and asked him when he would come fix the rest. He has a lot of good reviews but had I looked closer I would have noticed they are not just for fencing over half of them are for general work.
