Experts, the best tree service in the business, they know there trade and are very courteous. Steve is a true professional, they were on time and accomplished the job beyond our expectations. I would recommend no other tree service because there are none better. Thank you.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Very unreliable. Will have you waiting on them. Canceled appointments to be home for my trees to be cut. Crew did arrived 45 minutes late. Owner wanted me to send them home and have them come back next weekend. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They not only damaged my fence and 2 other trees removing my trees but also contracted to grind stumps but did not instead they recommended another company to grind stumps who also blew me off. Was originally told they would grind the stumps on Monday or Tuesday and I waited never came. Contacted company and was told grinder was broke. They recommended another company who had me waiting again, called them they couldn't do it they would do it the next day. Next day came and the other company did not show up again. called once again and the owner of the recommended company had more excuses. Save yourself time and aggravation and do not hire this company or any company the recommended. Your time and project means nothing to these people.

The owner was as polite and professional as could be. However, the workers he hired (as he left the site) cut too much of my tree including all budding limbs and primarily left a skeleton. They did not clean up the driveway and left much of the wood chips even after coming back a few days later. I wish I could give them a greater rating but the overall standard was less than I expected even for the value.

They were delayed because of bad weather and equipment issues. But did a good job once they were there

I got three quotes for this tree trimming project and Steve's came in the lowest. All went well and they were able to come out and handle it quickly. The only reason I didn't rate the customer service at a full 5 stars was that they drove the boom truck over my yard creating indentations, no biggie.

Called the next day and came out gave an estimate on tree trimming and tree removal. I requested they wait till after Holidays we set a date and they came on the coldest day since last March. They were professional and courteous and when I went out to check they wanted approval of what was done and what will be done Would highly recommend Steve any time.

They were all polite and professional. Showed up on time when they said they would. Worked in the rain ! Cleaned up, blew all debris and swept as well as raked my yard. Hauled away as much of the mulch from the tree stumps as they could.. Cleaned the curb out front and picked up all sticks and limbs. I also suggested them to my neighbor across the street and he too used their services for a big tree removal and stump grinding. I will refer them out to anyone that is in need of Tree Removal or Stump Grinding. Very nice young men. Steve is a very professional individual.

This company contacted me and came to my home to provide an estimate on the same day I requested a quote. The job was completed timely and professionally.

I was promised three dates for the removal of the tree and each date, they did not show up and did not call that they were not coming. I understand storm emergencies, but have the decency to call and cancel. When they did come, they dropped huge limbs onto my yard. I called Steve about this, his reply, "I promise that your yard will look great when they are finished." They were to do work on a front tree which was scheduled, but the workers did not know anything about this according to them. They grudgingly did it. When finished, one worker came to the door for payment while talking to Steve on the phone and immediately asked, "How was the job?" Initially, I responded "great" but that was before I saw the finished product. In my backyard there was a hole where the stump was and a huge pile of dirt beside it. The job was done on a Thursday and when I contacted Steve, he said that he would have them come right back out and finish it. My wife and I are elderly and this would have been a major task for us. On the following Tuesday, he still was not here. I contacted him and he said that they were bombarded with other jobs. I understand being busy, but please lets promptly finish an unfinished job. Today is Thursday (1 week) and they still have not finished the hole. On the day of the job,Steve, the supervisor, was here about 20 minutes at noon when the workers were resting for lunch. THAT WAS ALL THAT HE MADE HIMSELF PRESENT!! He did not even assess the finished project. Finally, my irrigation system was broken and they did nothing about it. Beware of this business.
