They called me within 2 minutes (maybe less) when I inquired about their service. Came to quote same day! They just left and the work was professional and they cleaned up the area nicely. Steve Childress is the owner of the company and from jump he was different from other vendors. First off, he is incredibly responsive to communications, second he sets appropriate expectations, and follows through with his commitments. On the job, the crew was very respectful of my family and our property. From a job quality standpoint, they removed my tree very quickly, very safely, and without any damage. Two things set the work apart for me. First, was how his crew cleaned up after the event. They cleaned up the debris they created, but also picked up other parts of the yard with downed branches and they raked up and used the blower to pop up matted grass - attention to detail. Second, during the stump grinding many of the roots got covered with chips and couldn't be seen. When we cleaned the bed I let Steve know many roots were missed. No argument on his part, he came over a few days later and finished cleaning out the missed roots - excellent follow up. It's a shame to say, but many vendors don't do what they say they are going to do nor will they stand by their work after the fact. Here's one that does. Lastly, I know everyone is cost conscious and we got three quotes - all on Home Advisor - and Stumpbusters was the least cost. Best service, lowest cost. I always say the best testament to a vendor is will I use them again and the answer is for sure. Thanks Steve and crew.

We had 5 trees removed and stumps ground. They did all the work we requested of them plus some extra cleanup, which was great. Our lawn was very wet that day and they were very careful not to damage it. They also worked more quickly than I expected. Overall, a great job and a great value.

Personable, on time, has all top equipment. Two 150' Oaks close to structure. In and out like he was never here.
