Interviewed 8 bathroom contractors. First one that offered workmanâ s compensation, which you must require when anyone works on your home. Not the cheapest price, but the fairest. Good job done. They kept the space clean, took the trash. Daily. I would hire them again.

This project turned out better than I envisioned. The communication was too notch. I always understood what the next steps were. Iâ m most impressed by the level of craftsmanship. The finished product turned out amazing! I would highly suggest working with Bruce and his team. I know Iâ ll be using him for the basement renovation next!

This project was more than just a bathroom remodel. It included replacing all the flooring (LVP and carpet) with porcelain tile throughout the house. Bruce, Joel, Morgan, and the team were fantastic! The work was very high quality. They met our needs and were able to adjust a few things along the way at our request. Very friendly and wonderful to have in our home. We would definitely use them again.

Beautiful, high quality work for a fair price. Bruce handled logistics and Karl completed the bathroom remodel for us. He was great to work with and the finished product is outstanding.

The reason for the low scores is the Customer Service and not responding after 3 months of my trying to contact Bruce and explaining my issue and expecting a call back and to fix my Issue. Bruce and Carl were amazing at completing the job I had asked them to do which was to removed the old wood decking on a 15 by 15 deck. To put down marine plywood and a type of waterproof covering and then outdoor tiling for our deck. They did not put down the marine plywood like I wanted, but regular plywood and the green board or something like it before putting down the tile. The job Carl did laying out the tile was amazing. Clean and precise. The issue is the tiles are popping out after less than one year. I have attempted 3 times to let Bruce know my issue, I have not received a call back to see it they can repair the issues I am having with the tile. They guaranteed their work. They promised they would be back in a month to check on how satisfied I was. We had a little issue with about $35, but resolved it. He never returned in a month to follow up as promised. I would love to include some pictures to show the tiles popping up and the grout cracking (I sent them to Bruce in text), but I do not see anywhere I can attach the pictures. I have sent the pictures to Bruce of the tiles and grout that are popping out, so he has had over 3 months to return my call, text and respond to our issues and try to resolve it. If they could resolve my issues, I would love to hire them to do my remodel of entire master bathroom, but the customer service on handling issues, is not at all what I expect from a professional contractor.
