He did a great job, but since the new meters need a special key to shut off main valve is no longer there, it's computer operated the reading and no one can just close anything it's not helpful the maui water department. Your worker made magic that help so much thank you. Mahalo a hui hou. Olelo.

Quick response to call for assistance, professional, great work in my opinion. As far as price, I can't really comment because unless you are extremely familiar with plumbing repairs, price of materials, etc., how would you know what is a fair price? If you have used various repair services in general, you might understand what a "ballpark figure or estimate may be. Bottom line for me is rapid service and very good work.

We hired them to find out why we did not have hot water. We were paying them by the hour and midway had to wait while the employee had an argument with their office concerning his request for time off. After putting a hole in our wall, leaving openings in my garage and two under my house (left open), I still do not have hot water. The Plumber told me it would be another $2700 so that he can find a small leak while redoing my pipes. We will continue with another company. This service cost over $300.
