Steve's Plumbing & A/C Service

I'm very happy I called them to complete my plumbing work. I'm pretty handy and usually do my own repairs but for the hard stuff I will definitely use them again. Deven really knows he stuff about plumbing. Knowledgable and cares for what you want.

Repaired a water valve and water heater piping in our townhouse. We were happy with the job and customer service. Matt were very courteous to our neighbors too.

My other plumbing service has not come even after 2 weeks of reaching out to them. I wish I would have called Steve's when the problem started initially two months ago. Great job guys!

Expensive but quality work.

Great service and quality work. Appointment was kept and they sent me pictures, before and after. Very expensive and they could not provide a breakdown of the total costs(labor, materials etc). One price, take it or leave it. Seemed very odd. They were, however, willing to negotiate the price some.

I was in a pretty desperate situation because I had a leak at my washing machine piping going down into the condo unit below mine. I live on the mainland so I was not there and I had guests staying at my condo. Steve's Plumbing (Chris) was right on top of everything from identifying the problem to putting me at ease that he could fix it. He even sent me pictures of before and after. I only gave 3 stars for value because I just don't know if I got a good as I was unable to shop around much. Chris did reduce the price because I believe he accurately sensed my shock at the initial cost... Yikes!!

The whole staff at Steve's Plumbing Service is incredible. The girls that answers the phones are very friendly, the technician whose name is Daniel is very kind, he knows what he's talking about and doing. He explained everything that he was gonna do and he even told me the price of everything before he started any work. After he was done with all of the work, he let me see what he did and asked me if everything looked ok. The thing that really blew me away was that he cleaned up everything and he even cleaned it better than what it was before he got here. I will definitely call them again!!!!
