Excellent service. I called Steve pluming to have water heater, replacement, power shut off valve , replacements and replacement new hot and cold valves . He did a great ð jobs.

This company charged me $512 to install a kitchen faucet. Steve's Plumbing is so overpriced I can't even believe it.

This company was responsive and sent out a technician the same day. Office staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The technician was communicative , friendly and empathetic as well as professional.I am an off-island owner and Ross even sent me pictures before and after and kept me apprised at every step of the way as he diagnosed the water heater problem and replaced it. The only item I was not happy with was the final cost of the replacement. I believe I may have been over charged by about $400 but, needing it immediately for my guests plus not being on-island, I guess that is the price to pay for good quick service.
