Project: Solar water heater, repair or replace I'd called another plumbing service and received no phone call back ever. So thought I'd try Home Advisor and got a call from Steve's Plumbing immediately. We set an appointment to come look at the problem & discuss the best course of action, and the solar water heater was fixed within 3 days of my call. Steve's Plumbing sent an email with a picture so we new exactly who would be arriving at our house. Which we greatly appreciated. We would recommend Steve's Plumbing to others.

I had a leak in my main water line. I called on Tuesday and they set an appointment for Thursday afternoon. I took the afternoon off from work only to get call at 2:30 for my 3:00 appointment that the tech was stuck on another job and could they reschedule for Monday. I would of thought they would move some other appointments on Friday to fit me in as this was a water main leak. That didn't happen. Once they did arrive on Monday the work was completed. John was very professional, however, I think $ 800 for two guys for about 2.5 hours seems a little high. Even charging $ 100 per hour per tech would only be around $500.

This is the second time we have had this company do plumbing repair work...we believe that they overcharge for their service!

Really professional services. I had a problem with my shower not draining, called these guys, and they fixed it extremely quickly! I'd definitely recommend them to others and believe they're probably the best people I've ever hired. These people aren't just your average plumbers :D

Great company from beginning to end. Steves Plumbing Service was professional, had a good work ethic and communicated effectively. I spoke with Steve on a Wednesday around 1:00 Pm and we set up an appointment for Thursday at 2:00 to fix my water heater. Chris showed up to my house on time and asked questions to reassure me he knew what he was doing. The pricing was reasonable and I look forward to working with them in the future.

We were in dire need of a plumber for awhile now. My wife kept getting on me about hiring one so we finally did. I'm a little skeptical, about hiring outside companies to do the work I need done,but this turned out perfectly. I got a few recommendations to try out Steve and his crew, so that led me to the initial inquiry of hiring them. The crew showed up on time to my house and they were courteous to me and my wife. Chris was the name of the rep and he was able to fix our sinks within an hour. They cleaned up everything after they were done and for the quality of work, the price was good. I originally wanted to do the work myself, but my wife convinced me to hire a plumber and since it worked out I give them my recommendation.

This was the first time we have used them, and I must say our experience was awesome. Steve was very professional and courteous while resolving our issues quickly with cleanliness in mind. Thank you Steve!
